If someone doesn't understand they will go over the process again, unlike some teachers that will get frustrated and continue. In my opinion they really want you to understand the software and all the features it has to offer."

"DecoStudio has helped us to offer a service that no other gift store in Seattle is doing. We do a lot of lettering and monogramming, so we use both of those features quite a bit. The one time I had to contact your support department, the experience was wonderful. We have taken advantage of the online training classes and they were very helpful. We also attended the in-house training as we wanted to learn how to use all of the features of our software. Our expectations were met – the class was very helpful and worth the money it took to travel to Atlanta from Seattle. We would rate Wilcom 5 out of 5 for the entire experience."

"Just wanted to say that the training was incredible and the instructor, James Timmons, even more so. I had to close my shop for 3 days to attend the class in Atlanta, but it was well worth the time. James had an uncanny ability to teach all levels in the class, from those with basic computer skills to those that had some extensive background in computer design. And all the while making the lessons pertinent to all. The software itself is incredible and well worth the investment. It has already helped lay a solid foundation for building that section of my small business. To anyone asking my opinion as to whether or not to attend this class, the answer is a definite yes.
